2) Please be creative. Don't just change the colors or add a texture.

3) Credit me. I prefer both a link to the stock or stocks used, and a link to my page. (FAQ #81: How can I make links to other deviants, deviations, or websites?)

4) Send me a Note containing a link to the finished piece.

5) If you want to use my stock for something printed, off-dA, etc., please send me a Note so we can work it out.

These rules are Terms of Use. If you wish to use my stock, you must follow my rules.

Complete Rules:
1) Respect the model! Please keep your comments respectful.

2) This is stock. You do not need to ask me to use it.

3) This is stock. Please favorite it if you might like to use it for stock-related purposes (i.e., creating art). Please do not add my stock to collections of naked women. I will ask you to remove it, and I may block you. (On the other hand, I LOVE collections of Stock, or Useful Resources.)

4) Please be creative. Don't just change the colors, or add textures. Please actually remove the figure from the background. I understand the need to practice, but push yourself.

5) Credit me. My preferred format (and the one I use for my own manipulations in my art account) is:

(Seriously, copy+paste that, replace the words stock URL address and description of stock with the URL and the description, and you're good to go.)

6) Send me a Note containing a link to the finished piece. Firstly, because comments on deviations and my main page are easily lost, especially comments on my main page. And I really want to see the things made with my stock--it's the reason I create stock. Secondly, when I log in, the first thing I look for is Notes. As soon as I see I have one, I go straight there. So if you send me a Note, I'm guaranteed to see it as soon as I log in. If I only have a few minutes to spend on dA, I'll spend it reading my Notes.

7) If you want to print the piece you have created with my stock, please send me a Note.
What you can expect: I will probably want a copy of it, in exchange for granting permission. I think that's fair. Again, I create stock because I love seeing what people make with it.

8) If you have a stock request, please send me a Note.
What you can expect: I will tell you whether or not I have the resources to do what you want. I will also tell you how likely it is that I could do such a thing in a timely fashion. Then we'll talk some more, and eventually, I will tell you whether or not I can do it.
What I expect from you: clear and detailed description of what you want: costumes, poses, expressions, facing the camera or not, etc. Drawings (even if they're crap) to accompany said description would be even better.

9) If you wish to use something you have created with my stock off dA, please send me a Note with details about the site and how you plan to use it (signature in a discussion board, part of the background of your website, etc.)
What you can expect: I will check it out, make sure I approve of the site and the use to which my stock is being used (I mostly object to abusive, degrading and hateful uses). We'll discuss crediting me.

A Note About Exclusive Stock:
There are two ways to get exclusive stock:
1) The most common way is to win a contest held by me, or where I have donated exclusive stock as a prize.
2) The other way is to donate something to my stock account: a subscription, art, money for costumes, etc. Please contact me if this is something you wish to do.
